1. Joseph DOTY was born on 23 Jun 1804 in Kentucky. He was buried in 1880 in Doty Cemetery, Cato, Barry, Missouri. He died on 27 Jun 1880 in Barry County, Missouri. The 1850 census, 11 September 1850, states Joseph and Hannah were married within the year. Prudence was probably their child, but the other Doty children were evidently from Joseph's previous marriage.
