Situated on a former rail yard, this site comprises over
five city blocks of what was once unsightly industrial land. The basic
concept was to create a community that became a part of its neighborhood
rather than a stand-alone development. All homes have rear-loaded garages to
ensure the integrity of an Old Town streetscape. The combination of Federal,
Georgian and Victorian architecture and a mixture of colors utilizing brick
and cedar siding allow almost no two homes to be alike. The variety of home
styles and price points provide a broad range of potential buyers.
